Best Western Kutaisi

My experience at this new hotel was truly delightful, largely thanks to the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. From the moment I arrived, their warm demeanor made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is nice and new. It's clear a lot of thought went into the design, creating a very pleasant and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. I was also pleased to be given a room facing the river, which offered a lovely view. Overall, it was a very positive stay, and I'd happily recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The modern decor, comfortable bed, and high-quality linens made for a very pleasant stay. The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was nice and modern with a very decent bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Kutaisi and we had a view of the river and White Bridge from our room. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. The staff in the rooftop bar were so polite and very attentive. The rooftop bar is great and you probably have the best views of Kutaisi from up there, overall the room was fine and had everything we needed and the hotel had a great location!

The property is located just next to pedestrian glass bridge over the river, in the heart of the city. Lots of restaurants and places nearby at walking distance. Very courteous staff at the reception. My car battery got dead during the stay there and the staff helped me with fixing the car. I really appreciate their timely help to avoid ruining our travel plans. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the heart of Kutaisi to explore the city and nearby attractions.

We stayed at BW Kutaisi for just one night, and it was a comfortable experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the famous White Bridge and within walking distance of several great eateries. The rooms and bathrooms were cozy and well-equipped, making for a pleasant stay.
