Location was 10/10 and the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very polite. The hotel is modern and well equipped. Their rooftop bar is excellent. In spite of being centric, it was super quiet at night we slept great. The server Mohammed was one of the staff that really stands out, he was very professional and friendly, a great asset for the hotel. The taxi driver Caxa/Caja was the most welcoming, he truly reflected Georgian hospitality.

The location and the service were perfect. It is located in a strategic area of the city, very close to the main square and the departure point for all the tours. All the staff was incredibly amable. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! The restaurant they have is truly excellent — the food, the service, and the views of the city are all outstanding.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city. The interior is nicely renovated and still fresh. Comfortable bed (even though it's two pushed together). There's a fridge and a nice view. Overall, it's not too noisy from the street. The air conditioning works fine. The staff clearly makes an effort to improve the hotel's quality, which is great to see. Please add some more classic dishes like porridge to your breakfast. The fried potatoes look weird there.

My experience at this new hotel was truly delightful, largely thanks to the friendly and welcoming front desk staff. From the moment I arrived, their warm demeanor made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is nice and new. It's clear a lot of thought went into the design, creating a very pleasant and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. I was also pleased to be given a room facing the river, which offered a lovely view. Overall, it was a very positive stay, and I'd happily recommend this hotel to others.

I had a great stay at Best Western Kutaisi City Center. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located — just steps away from the White Bridge and the city center. My room was comfortable and quiet, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast had a good selection of fresh options. It’s a very convenient place for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay again.

All staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast staff were particularly helpful and tried hard to make sure everyone got whatever they wanted. The rooftop cocktail bar/restaurant is lovely, and has beautiful views over the river and surrounding hills. Highly recommended.

Overall accommodation was clean and staff was helpful. They gave us the room early due to over early morning flight . They had fairly good options in the breakfast. The restaurant/Bar at the top is good but does not have the Halal Food Option. The location of the hotel is super convenient. Near to white bridge, park and city center. Surely a good option in Kutaisi
